Lait N’ Egg Coffee Recipe

Egg Coffee is a Vietnamese recipe made of egg, sugar, coffee and condensed milk. This delicious recipe is easy to make and the perfect holiday treat! 

If you are not sure about adding egg to your coffee, give it a chance! Not only does it create a richer texture, but it also provides protein which helps boost your metabolism. In this recipe, we only use egg whites which cuts back on any extra fats. 

Ingredients

2 large egg white

2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk

Cold Brew

Ice

Steps

  1. Combine egg whites and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl

  2. Whisk until thick and set aside.

  3. In a shaker, add the cold brew and ice

  4. Add egg-milk mixture

  5. Shake well

  6. Pour and enjoy!
